As all our products are handmade and many items are personalised or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any products purchased through our website.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Minor variations in color, texture, size, or design that may occur due to the handmade nature of our products
- Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- A clear unboxing video of the product and packaging, recorded without any cuts or edits

After review, we may offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All customised, personalised, made-to-order, preservation, and resin art products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
