Certain personalised, customised, and resin art products may require additional processing time depending on the design and complexity of the order.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is charged on all orders across India unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days depending on the destination and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Artisan Resin Studio will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
